For the beginning of December, my health and fitness tip is ……sleep! That’s right, sleep. I know for a fact that most of you (and sometimes me) don’t get enough sleep. You may say, “but I’m just too busy, I have so much work” or “the kids have me running around constantly” but in reality there’s always a way to find time to sleep.
It may mean making some difficult choices. Maybe you’ll need to cut back on some of your exercise time, or simply work a bit less so you can sleep a bit more. You’ll find that if you’re really rested you’ll be much more effective and efficient at work and in managing your whole life. You’ll have a stronger immune system to fight off all those nasty bugs and will get sick less.
And best of all, you’ll feel good!!!
