Start with waking up in your hotel. Picture exactly what it looks like – see if you can feel the soft sheets – the breeze gently blowing in from the open window. Smell the scent of the ocean.
Have a leisurely breakfast, take a boat ride, go shopping, see a play. Or perhaps it’s ice fishing and hiking across a frozen lake.
Really feel like you’re there living that day. Spend 30 minutes to an hour.
When you open your eyes you’ll feel refreshed and like you’ve had a mini vacation!
