Motivational Monday – Health and Fitness

This may not sound like a health and fitness tip but it is.

Pick a drawer or closet that is a real mess.  Settle in and completely clean it out.  It may take you 2-3 hours but that’s O.K.

When you’re done, you will have a terrific sense of accomplishment and relief that a chore that’s been weighing on you is done.    It’s a real stress reliever and that’s really good for your health!
