Pick a movie you love and haven’t had time to see and make some healthy snacks and watch your movie. If possible, (especially if you’re a female) pick one that will make you cry. Crying is good for your skin, your breathing, and definitely for your soul. After a good cry, you will always feel better!
P.S. If you have a furry friend, be sure to hold them on your lap for the movie. It adds warmth and love to the whole experience.
