Motivational Monday

Plant something. If you have always wanted fresh veggies, get some small plants or seeds if you’re brave and find the right place in your yard and get them it. If you don’t have a yard or enough space, try and little indoor spice garden. Planting something and caring for it and watching it grow is a wonder. When you can pull off a piece of mint or whatever form your little spice garden and use it when you cook dinner, you’ll feel great. You’ll also be doing something good for you and your partner and family by feeding them fresh food or spices grown without pesticides and other bad stuff.
