Something New

Plan a day of trying out new foods you haven’t had before. Try and pick a type of food, such as Thai, or Ethiopian, and then plan some different menus for a day – things that are easy to make if you’ll be cooking them or if you prefer, you can go out and try them in some ethnic restaurants.
Do a little research first to find the dishes that are the healthiest of that type of food so you know you’re getting some good nutrition and having fun doing it!
